The location is ideally located at the intersection of highways 401 and 427 offering exit and on ramps to both. The Skymark transit hub is located at the building and has over a dozen transit routes from TTC/Mississauga Mi-way transit and Go Transit. The future Renforth gateway hub (high speed bus and train station) will be built adjacent to the building.

The furniture is custom designed to both impress guests and inspire occupants in a productive setting. Clients can request standard desks, L-shaped desks with returns and other configurations. Rooms have 10 ft ceilings, windows and can accommodate between one and seven users.
On-site amenities include a cyber café with complementary hot beverage and water service. There are several meeting rooms and day offices which the occupants have access to (including complimentary access for full-time occupants) and a large boardroom / training room (which can host up to 16 users within a training setting).
